Peter Herford wrote: "I left the Lycee in 52 short of the bacho...I remain working and living in Shantou China at Shantou University where we recently concluded both a film festival for American and Chinese Directors, plus a War Reporter's Conference led by our newest faculty member Peter Arnett who has decided to end 50 years of war reporting in a more peaceful setting."

● "Philippe Schreiber is a US attorney and business consultant with nearly 35 years experience in the domestic US and international oil industry. Philippe graduated from Columbia University in New York with a Juris Doctor degree and practised law with Coudert Brothers, a large international law firm, in New York and London for several years before becoming Vice President and General Counsel of Weeks Petroleum Limited, an independent international oil company, in the 1970s. He also worked for 18 months as Assistant General Counsel for Boise Cascade Corporation, advising the companies in their international engineering and construction division until the component companies were sold to Halliburton and other purchasers. Since 1979, Philippe has practised law, both independently and as partner and Counsel to a New York law firm (now merged into Alston & Bird) from 1985 to 1998, with his practice emphasising oil and gas matters and other European investment in the United States. Philippe has served on various occasions as the chief executive officer of independent oil and gas companies with direct involvement in oil and gas exploration and production in the United States, including Intrepid Oil Company, a joint venture of America and British companies......Philippe is currently a nonexecutive director of Bill Barrett Corporation, which completed a highly successful IPO in December 2004 and is now publicly traded on the NYSE....."

● "Philippe Radley has been an attorney in private practice since 1980. He is now with Rand Rosenzweig Radley & Gordon LLP, specializing in corporate law, intellectual property, and immigration law. Before his law career, Philippe was a professor of Russian language and literature at Amherst College (1969-79), SUNY at Stonybrook (1969-79), and a teaching fellow at Harvard University (1959-62). Philippe received his Ph.D from Harvard University in Slavic Languages and Litereature. His translation of The Italics are Mine (Harcourt Brace, 1969) received a National Book Award nomination in 1969. Philippe has been on the American Jewish Committee New York Chapter Board for the past decade and has been the chair and cochair of the City Advocacy Task Force. He was President of Temple Emanuel Men's Club, 1999-2001, and is presently a board member." John Rinde emailed: “After working for a few years as an engineer, I decided that I would be happier being a physician and went back to school and earned an MD degree. After completing my internal medicine residency, I have established my solo practice in Florida, where I have resided ever since. I am looking toward retirement or at least partial retirement soon.”
